I brought my Porsche in for service today and Derek Rojas provided excellent customer care. He greeted me right away and was very professional and accommodating. In addition, he was very knowledgeable about my car and its service requirements. He reviewed the service recommendations and what should be done without trying to sell too hard. Derek made it a very pleasant experience. He was very practical in explaining the pros and cons so that I could make the best decision given that the basic/routine types of service for these cars are very expensive. Derek provided the kind of customer care that one would expect from Porsche. Thank you!

The best dealer ever! My sales manager is a nice and kind French guy. This guy is amazing! Always patient about your questions and he got an answer for whatever question you have about Porsche. If he does not, he will definitely check it out for you. The most important thing, Porsche has so many features that you can add to your car. Sometimes, it is really hard to choose the right one. If you ask him for advice, he will be very clear and give you valuable suggestions based on his experience. Great place. Would definitely recommend to others!
I just got my car back from them after a major maintenance and the service was first rate. The new service rep there, Derek Rojas, did a fabulous job explaining the service and keeping me informed of the progress. My car was ready when he promised and the bill was what he quoted me.
Derek Rojas was very accommodating to my daughters needs. We needed the service to get done early at such short notice and he was very efficient and understanding. I would highly recommend this dealership, the costumer service with Derek was awesome. He went over and beyond for us at such short notice. It was the perfect experience and I look forward to working with him again.
The service department had dropped somewhat in quality over the past year or so but with Derek in there now you can count on service as high quality as the cars they sell!
