Horrible staffs.
We came here last week. We were excited to try this restaurant for the first time. It was a windy, rainy, and miserable day. We arrived 5 minutes past its opening time. But the door was still locked. We peaked in, there were staffs inside, and we made eye contacts with at least 2 or maybe 3 of them in the coming 2 minutes. They definitely saw us, but they just deliberately ignored us. We were with two young kids, wet and cold and hungry. Even it were 5 minutes before opening time, good restaurant should at least let their customer come in and wait inside. Let alone it was actually 5 minutes PAST their opening time. Even after we knocked on the door, we were just dismissed out in the rain and wind. Outrageously unbelievable. We vow not to come to any Five Guys ever and we will tell this experience to anyone we know who is thinking going dine at the Five Guys.
Multiple times I have gone there it’s Beyond slow...better off getting a legit meal at a restaurant....its the same wait.
Good food, and expectations were met. However I did feel like I would slip and fall as soon as I walked in and throughout the place, the floor was so greasy! I understand because it's an open kitchen, but staff should be aware of this and make sure the whole place is cleaned as well as a kitchen to remove grease, possibly backed up filters or not enough exhaust. But, food was good and good portion.
Excellent food; very friendly staff. They really seemed to enjoy working there. Although prices are higher than most fast food burger joints, the quality & the quantity of the food you get is well worth it
Burgers are great, but they keep it so cold in there. I asked they they could adjust the air Cond. I was told the guys on the grill have to keep cool. I had 4 other people with me. We were all cold. Really. Is freezing a must.
