Called in to ask if they had my size shoe, they say they have plenty of my size, I get there they say they don't have any, if you don't have it just say that it is understandable, don't lie and make someone come into the store for nothing
Terrible service. Indian manager or wherever he is from absolutely rude and unprofessional. Hanged up the phone without me finishing my question. Accused me of ripping gloves, that I bought because I very much liked them, but didn't want after finding out they already came ripped. Yet he refused to return the money. Really disappointing, I loved aldo but I can't trust them due to the fact that now I don't know what they will feel like accepting returns on if things are messed up without you realizing. Had to call on the phone after my mother called me very angrily since he talked rudely to her too. If you buy anything make sure to check for anything wrong with item before buying it, as it is they now do not take responsibility for items lacking quality.
