Nice, clean units. The manager, Brad, is very helpful. Our outside unit was convenient, as was driving through the area with my 18 foot cargo trailer. Note their gates are locked automatically at 7pm (anyone inside after 7pm is locked-in). They have a truck a nice 4-wheel carts to borrow for free. We even got a nice cooler pack as a gift. Highly recommended
We returned trucks and car carriers here. These folks could not have been more helpful. Budget truck, on the other hand was a complete goat rodeo. While the folks on the starting end dorked up our rental in every way possible (from not having any trucks, to being exceptionally truth-challenged), BSS was smooth as could be. We recommend them highly.
UPDATE!: Jim came in at noon and resolved the issue, this guy is so awesome I am giving a terrible review 4 stars now because of his amazing customer service skills and knowledge of how to read a GAS METER ON A DAMN TRUCK!
This place is tucked way back in the cut in Burlington and has a decent look to it. The issues I faced, however are that when I rented a Uhaul from them and returned the next day. The gentleman I rented from was GREAT and the woman who checked it back in was a complete BIT** w no customer service skills and told me I was 5 gallons short on my tank when I was absolutely not. This bi*** then had the nerve to tell me "Come and look for yourself" - ok hun, I'm gonna come ALLL THE WAY back up there to argue $25 worth of gas? So I called Uhaul, they agreed to send a request to the owner, and when I called back like an angel sent from heaven, that guy answered and agreed that the gas was where I knew it was and all is now well!
