I absolutely LOVE this store. If I could give it 10 stars I would. The customer service is amazing. If I can't find something they will drop what they are doing and walk me to what I'm looking for. They also have an amazing kombucha set and have every organic item you could ask for.
Great overall experience! The selection is huge! The buffet style dining concept by the pound is genius! This is not shopping it's an adventure. You will find stuff here you have never seen. The staff was friendly and invested in your shopping experience.
This is what a grocery store or any store in New England should be like for the customer. Hello New England! There is a thing called customer service and being excited that you have people willing to come into your store to buy things from you.
Wegmans is that kind of store. They are excited that you are there. they greet you they want to help you, they are happy, they go out of their way to make sure that you have a great experience at their store. If you have a problem with something they are on it. They make it right and they go above and beyond. The produce the products the variety the freshness is all there. These are people that are proud source from local farmers using organic methods and they sell them at competitive and lower rates than that all the other grocery stores including Market Basket.
Beyond that, the store is enormous and offers excellent variety in every grocery category. Staff are knowledgeable & helpful. The store is clean & well lit. Specialty sections, such as Cheese, Bakery, & Deli often feature items or varieties not readily available elsewhere.
First & foremost, Wegmans consistently offers v high-quality fresh produce, meats, fish, & poultry. In terms of quality for price, Wegs is virtually always in the top tier of grocery stores in the region and usually occupies the top spot.
Good prices and values Good quality. Helpful staff. Nicely set up. Big store. Often crowded with customers. I always spend alot of money there. :)
Lastly, the prepared-foods section offers a terrific selection of healthy & tasty foods for takeaway or to eat on site. Sometimes, if I'm working in the area, I'll stop in for lunch or dinner as a more flavorful & economic alternative to the usual suspects amongst the chain restaurants & fast-food joints.
