Shopped here earlier today... Service sucked in general, the staff didn't spare any attitude; it seemed a burden to do their jobs. Ended up buying a bra, got home all the way back in Rutland and found the sercurity tag still attached... Needless to say not pleased.
I used to shop here before they made everything only work for a teen body. The vibe is sexy college student but it leaves quality and frankly, reality behind.
I came here tonight with my boyfriend because I needed a nude bra. They wouldn't allow my boyfriend to sit in the waiting room while I tried it on which has never happened before at any other Victoria's Secret store. They made him stand by himself outside of the waiting room even though there were clearly seats available. Right as we walked in they looked at him and said he couldn't be in the waiting room. I was offended for him. The women at the register also gave me attitude when I asked for the straps to the multi-way bra I was buying because they did not have them attached to the bra. They told me that the bra came without straps which was obviously not true. I didn't appreciate the attitude I got especially since I am a very nonconfrontational person and asked politely. I don't think I will be going back to this Victoria's Secret for a while.
Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the MANY different types of bras and panties. Also one of the biggest PINK selections I've seen.
