These bunch idiots , even no customers they still take hours to get people in. Worst staffs ever !
Great customer service. I was in the area during a weeknight and needed some assistance with my phone so I brought it in and they replaced the screen under warranty within a couple hours. I then noticed that the phone itself had a slight bend to it so I brought it to their attention and they agreed to replace the entire phone and it was fairly quick.

At the lynnfield Plaza. Some of the employees want to take your phone away for nothing instead of to help you with the issues.they don’t helpful at all.
Store is fine but the Apple Company sucks. Not everyone has the time to navigate their websites to remove things from their bill. It is absolutely crazy that you can't speak to a person to resolve issues unless you go to a store. I blame Steve Jobs and Apple for making us a society that has less and less interpersonal skills.
