I highly recommend Best Buy. I have purchased all of my major appliances. The delivery is excellent. I also purchased my Nexus 5x phone no contract connected as with other phones. I simply went to my wireless provider and connected my new phone. The customer service is excellent!

For the most part, this is just a regular Best Buy; decent stock, relatively easy returns, etc. Giving this location 5 stars specifically relating to my experience with Chris from their mobile department. Despite long wait times, I found him to be helpful and knowledgable, with a bartender-like charisma that made waiting for over an hour to activate a new phone perfectly pleasant.

Remember those good old days when you used to walk into a best buy and feel like a customer? Well, those day are long gone. Now it’s all about taking your money then, you'd be lucky if they piss in your direction.

I highly recommend you Shop at the Danvers best buy. You'll have far better customer service experience.

Excellent prices & selection on big ticket items. Small items are ridiculously overpriced. Some sales people are knowledgeable, others not so much. Very little concern for customer satisfaction.

The workers were all very friendly and helpful. I could tell they liked their job. Nice, clean atmosphere overall. Not a lot of parking but would definitely go back again.

There are very rare outstanding employees at that store. However, my focus is towards management. Management's attitude at that store is by far the worst I've seen. They could care less if you have issues or concerns. Ryan “store manager” is incompetent and does not know how to handle customer’s needs. My 10 years old son can exhibit far superior customer service skills than his. His all time low assistant manager “Anthony” is a complete joke. With his customer service skills, I won't ask him bag an item, and that shouldn't take much.

The Burlington Best buy is WORST of all best buy stores.
