Very grouchy employee dealing with grill parts. Made us feel unwanted and unwelcome. Even announced that he was closing soon even though another employee was still helping us. Rude.
Some stuff is made of engineered wood, but you can get a lot of nice solid wood furniture here as well. Prices are sane and sensible. Unfortunately, they are going out of business.
Building hidden and somewhat hard to find. 1/3 employees were friendly.
If I could give zero stars I would. They are very arrogant and will not adjust the delivery dates if you do not call one day before and too rude on the phone as well.

If you don't mind searching online catalogs and doing online comparisons; do your research and comparison before you go. This is the place for you, you can get well made American crafted furniture at reasonable prices, that beat the prices for the junk sold at Bob's and others.I ordered my furniture and have to wait a up to six weeks for delivery. It will probably take less time since l ordered after July 4 th. A lot of manufacturers close down for vacation at that time. l prefer to shop smaller retail stores like Donahue's. I like to practice Small Business Saturdays whenever l can. The big stores like Jordan's and Bob's put smaller family owned businesses like Donahue's out of business every year. Donahue 's is like shopping at the furniture outlets in Gardner with out the 1 plus hour drive. Worth the drive to Burlington, great products, customer service and selection even if it's only from a catalog.
I had a great experience buying a recliner, but it was unfortunately part of their going out of business sale!
