Anthony was a horrible clerk to us. Walked over and asked if we were "actually going to buy anything" while purchasing for my mother. Then we received overtly cold service from another employee who did not know the merchandise Don't bother with this one. Got more helpful service in all the other stores I tried.
Some of the worst service I have ever received. It took 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge that we had stepped into the store and then another 10 minutes before anyone helped us. Then we were given attitude by the sales person. Never going there again.
Was just here and had terrible service. From the minute I told her which bracelet I wanted she was very rude because I didn’t immediately know what “medium or large” meant. Am I supposed to know how their bracelet sizes work? After I chose the sizes I was picking up charms and was consulting with someone who couldn’t answer straight away. I told the woman I was sorry and told her she could put what she currently had away and keep going with the line but she just stood there with a very serious and pissed off face while she waited for me to pick something. Makes me think she’s either in a bad mood all the time or racist and couldn’t handle helping someone Hispanic. The store wasn’t even full, there was only one other person waiting for service.
Lady at the counter was really rude to my mother. Never ever want her service again. She needs to fix her attitude. We were asking questions she was being really rude to my mom ignoring her and being rude.
Woman at the counter was rude my sister. Wouldn't even look at her and lied to her face, claiming you can't exchange pandora bracelets but the one in the Natick mall DID!
