Didn't shop there but they authorized a fraudulent purchase on my debit card for 650$! However, the resolution process was done to above satisfactory matters and I applaude there help!
Not happy!! Terrible customer service, won't fix bracelet, so I brought it to the jeweler and he told me it was copper and not worth fixing!!! Not shopping there any more! RUDE sales team!!

I went to the Burlington Mall Swarovski store this evening with a bracelet that I had given my mother as a wedding present a year ago. As soon as I walked in and politely explained my problem, the store clerks were incredibly rude. They were condescending, unhelpful, and manipulative. They claim their jewelry is high quality, but it is actually plated copper. I didn't spend $115 on a bracelet for it to only last a year, but they wouldn't replace it or fix it!! This jewelry is low quality, and the employees here are horrible. Never shopping here again!!!
Horrible customer service. Won't back the copper products they claim are silver. Rip off / major regret. Go to Homsy in Boston for real jewelry.
