Delicious salad (my fav is 'turkey harvest')+soup is just 10$-even cheaper than in Panera. And the service is pretty fast. Love it!
Great food
I work in the area and often stop by the mall to grab a quick bite from Au Bon Pain. The lunch rush doesn't really pick up until 12:00, but I'm usually there just before that. The made-to-order sandwiches are good, but the line is usually long. I like to get the ham and cheese or spinach turnovers, or on cold days I like to get a cup of soup with a breadstick. The pastries always look delicious. This place makes a great lunch, and the prices are reasonable too. I usually spend under $5.
The manager of this place was inconsiderate and rude with my wife, who asked if they could get her coffe for a minute in the microwave to get it hot, because it was cold after adding a little milk. The manager looked for all excuses not to do it, and then used humiliating remarks, blaming my wife for the cold coffee. In my view, this manager is the most appropriate one to put in charge of a business you want to close ASAP, by losing the customers.
My recommendation to everyone, is STAY AWAY from Au Bon Pain Burlington. Do not reward rude and impolite managers and businesses.
The worst service ever I bought coffee from there,it was cold, when I told them about the coffee he tried to heated with the steam instead change it, when I told him I don’t want heated coffee he told me it’s take 10 minuets to make new one, I answered that’s okay I will wait, but after 2 minuets he got me a cup with coffee I am sure he heated inside because he didn’t bring the whole coffee and just bring one coffee within 2 minuets , it’s unprofessional service before it’s was good place but now it’s the worst.
