I don't think we will ever go back.
I love this Uno's! This is a great place for anyone. I bring my 3 year old daughter here all the time and they're so wonderful an treat us amazing. The food is wonderful and always delicious. Great service, atmosphere and food. Never a bad experience here.

Service is very slow here, drinks took 25 minutes and food over an hour. Go to the cheesecake factory at the other end of the mall. Longer wait to be seated but less than half of the time to get served.
We had the worst dining experience ever. The manager assigned us the bartender as our server, for a group of 15. Meal came slowly and in two batches half an hour apart. Then, the manager decided that he really doesn't like our business and started insulting us. He actually tried to pick a fight with us. We made him cut the bill in half and handed the poor bartender her tip personally. (She was fine, but overworked. )
UPDATE: The regional manager hear about our problems and not only comp'd our meal (for 12 people) but also invited the group back for a free meal. I think the manager mentioned below was let go. So, now we go to Uno's again.
Great restaurant, great music and food. Very open in terms of space. The bar is great as well. Staff is great. Pricey but the food is do worth it. The have fantastic appetizers that I have never seen before...
It was good the only thing that was rong is they did not put chicken on my salid.they are really nice and flexible!!!i had a good experience there
